A Mt. Baker builder, rooted in Glacier
Two decades of building homes on the mountain we live on — with our own crews, one point of contact, and a handshake that still means something.
Building the Mt. Baker area since 2002
Kestrel Homes (legally Kestrel Corporation) is a custom vacation-home builder and full-phase general contractor based in Glacier, Washington.
We started taking on all phases of residential and commercial construction in 2000, and began building vacation homes in the heart of the Mt. Baker Recreation Area in 2002. Since then we've built nearly twenty custom homes, spec homes and vacation rentals — fourteen of them right here in the recreation area.
We're not a big regional outfit that drives up from the valley. Our shop is on the Mt. Baker Highway in Glacier, our crews live and work in this weather, and we build the kind of homes we'd want to own ourselves — from traditional ski chalets to contemporary glass-and-timber retreats.

Experience you can count

- One point of contact from first sketch to move-in
- In-house crews with 10–30 years per trade
