the rest of the time. We build with both jobs in mind — durable
finishes, easy upkeep and year-round maintenance,
and the kind of character guests remember.
Several of our sample properties are available for nightly rental
through our partner, Luxury Getaways, so you can
stay in a Kestrel-built home before you build your own.
Building on an island means logistics most contractors won't touch.
For our San Juan Islands projects we supply our own landing craft,
overnight accommodations for our crews, and transportation by air or
water — so your remote build runs like any other.
